Peter Mazereeu  (57) has been involved  in sailing events in the Caribbean since 1995, where he lived and worked on the island of St. Maarten. He had different roles within race management and amongst others the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta, Open Caribbean Laser Championships, Golden Rock Regatta and other national and international events. In 2016 Peter returned to the Netherlands and picked up his involvement with sailing events and took the opportunity to certify his race officer skills. Peter is known as strict and fair, always striving to make an event worth remembering with a smile.
